Welcome to Plumas County Special Districts Association

Our Mission


The Plumas County Special District Association provides an opportunity for special districts to share their concerns and experiences.  We provide a consolidated voice when the need arises to express Special Districts’ positions to LAFCo, Board of Supervisors and other entities that interact with special district functions.


Our Vision


It is our goal to inform the public of  the role of special districts in Plumas County and to assist special districts and their boards in operating efficiently and equitably.  Working hand in hand, we can provide a constructive means for the improvement and functioning of special districts in Plumas County.

of the California Special Districts Association (CSDA) to discuss the organization, their services and possible Chapter Affiliation.

Board members, general managers, and key district employees are urged to participate and represent your districts. This is your association.
